Process Familarization

At CRAMSN Research Park, we are committed to accelerating the journey from clinic to customer through cutting-edge science and innovation. Our Process Familiarization phase is designed to ensure that we fully understand your compound's synthesis, key challenges, and potential roadblocks in scaling up production. This initial phase is critical in identifying the best route for process development and setting a strong foundation for future optimization.

Our approach leverages High Throughput Experimentation (HTE) to rapidly screen a wide range of reaction conditions and catalyst candidates, significantly expediting discovery while providing a comprehensive understanding of reaction landscapes. Our state-of-the-art R&D Center is equipped with parallel synthesizers ranging from 10 mL to 400 mL capacities, along with a dedicated HTE lab capable of conducting reactions at a 2.5–10 µmol scale.

  • Early Identification of Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) : Our team focuses on identifying and understanding the Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) early in the process, allowing us to develop targeted strategies for optimization and scale-up.

  • Risk Assessment : We perform a comprehensive risk assessment to predict and address any potential challenges that may arise during scale-up or GMP manufacturing, ensuring smoother transitions in later stages.

  • Data-Driven Approach : Our highly skilled scientists gather extensive data during the familiarization phase to identify patterns, optimize process conditions, and assess potential bottlenecks. This data forms the basis for further process refinement.
